# Synergy Rx vs Liberty

Four published rates on one side, a named 503B facility on the other.

## Synergy Rx

Editorial

$199/mo

Synergy Rx advertises compounded semaglutide at $199 a month by injection and $299 as an oral, and compounded tirzepatide at $349 by injection and $399 as an oral. It is one of the few sellers to publish a rate for all four combinations rather than quoting the injection and leaving the oral to an enquiry. All fifty states are served.

For

- A published rate for all four combinations
- Oral priced without requiring an intake
- All fifty states served

Against

- Tirzepatide injection priced at $349
- Oral carries a premium on both molecules
- Dose-escalation pricing not stated

**Pick it for:** Readers who want the format choice priced out

## Liberty

Editorial

$129/mo

Liberty prices compounded semaglutide at a flat $129 a month and compounded tirzepatide at a flat $219, and states that both are sourced from a 503B outsourcing facility after a clinician review. A three-month supply brings the semaglutide to $110 a month. A 503B registers with the FDA and compounds under current good manufacturing practice, which is not the same as approval.

For

- Pharmacy type named, not implied
- Clinician review stated before prescribing
- Rate flat at every dose

Against

- No state list published
- Tirzepatide costs $90 more
- Facility name itself not published

**Pick it for:** Readers who want the sourcing question answered first

## Our verdict

Synergy Rx prices all four combinations at the same opening figure Liberty charges for one. Liberty answers with the compounding facility named on the page. That trade is sharper than it sounds, because the two sellers are answering different questions rather than the same question differently. Breadth lets a reader price a format decision before making it; a named facility lets them check a supply chain that is otherwise invisible. Only one of those can be verified from outside the company, which is the argument for weighing the named facility more heavily than a menu. A reader who already knows which format they want gets less from the breadth than the comparison implies.

## What actually separates them

Synergy Rx and Liberty state different things about published price. Everything else they publish, they publish the same way.

Synergy Rx costs $70 more than Liberty — 54% more for the same molecule. Whether that buys anything is what the rest of this page is for.

Over twelve months that is about $1,548 at Liberty against $2,388 at Synergy Rx — a difference of $840.

## Before you choose either

Ask both sellers what dose the monthly price buys before you compare the two figures. A price is only a price once you know what quantity it is attached to, and a seller that will not answer has told you something. Set both against [every published price we hold](https://thisglp.com/best) rather than against each other alone.

Our take is computed from a [published rubric](https://thisglp.com/methodology) that does not read commercial status, and [what is known about safety](https://thisglp.com/research) applies to both of them equally.
