# GLP-1 Seller Disclosures: Does Publishing One Predict Another?

A GLP-1 seller that publishes its full dose ladder is no likelier than average to publish the states it serves. Disclosure is a property of pages rather than of companies.

## Key takeaways

- Four things a seller can publish, across 580 rankable sellers: a state list, what the price does at a higher dose, a rankable figure, and a full dose ladder.
- 41 sellers publish all four. 116 publish none.
- Of the 216 sellers publishing a dose ladder, 101 also publish a state list — 47%.
- Across every seller, 35% publish a state list.
- Those two numbers are the same. Disclosing one thing tells you nothing about whether a seller discloses another.

It would be convenient if honesty were a property of companies rather than of pages. A seller that tells you what happens at a higher dose would then be a seller worth trusting about shipping, about fees, about everything else it did not happen to mention. This page tests that assumption against the roster, and it does not hold — which changes how the individual silences counted in [what sellers will not tell you](https://thisglp.com/research/what-glp1-sellers-do-not-publish) ought to be read.

## What each seller could publish

Four disclosures, each a separate act and none requiring any of the others: a list of states served, a statement about what the price does as the dose climbs, a figure this site can rank at all, and a full dose ladder with its rungs priced.

201 publish a list of states it serves; 210 publish what the price does at a higher dose; 402 publish a figure this site can rank; 216 publish a published dose ladder. 41 sellers manage all four and 116 manage none, with the bulk sitting on two or three.

The comparison that matters

Of the 216 sellers who publish a dose ladder — the most demanding of the four — 101 also publish a list of states, which is 47% of them.

Across the whole roster, 35% publish a state list. The two figures are effectively identical. Publishing the hardest disclosure in this category makes a seller no likelier than average to publish the easiest one.

## What that rules out

It rules out the inference every reader wants to make. Having found one thing a seller is forthcoming about, there is no basis for assuming it is forthcoming generally — and equally, a seller silent on one point has not been shown to be evasive on others.

The likelier explanation is mundane. Each disclosure has its own cost and its own reason to be absent: a state list is cheap and dull, a dose ladder is commercially awkward, a rankable price commits to something. Different sellers make different trades, and the trades do not correlate because they are not the same decision.

## How to read a storefront given that

One answer at a time. The question you care about has to be asked directly rather than inferred from an unrelated one the seller happened to answer well, which is why [the questions they leave open](https://thisglp.com/tools/questions-they-leave-open) lists them per seller rather than scoring anyone overall.

It is also why this site publishes counts of specific silences rather than a trust rating. The dose version is in [who publishes a dose ladder](https://thisglp.com/research/who-publishes-a-glp1-dose-ladder), the shipping version in [who says where they can ship](https://thisglp.com/research/who-publishes-the-states-they-serve), and the rest in [what sellers will not tell you](https://thisglp.com/research/what-glp1-sellers-do-not-publish). [Bodi Envi](https://thisglp.com/reviews/bodi-envi) names Wasef Health as its clinical organization and VialsRx as its dispensing pharmacy in its [FAQ](https://bodienvi.com/faq). Those named relationships answer who is involved. The separate analysis of [discounting and disclosure](https://thisglp.com/research/do-discounting-sellers-disclose-less) asks whether promotional pricing is associated with fewer published details. They do not answer every separate question about the purchase, refund terms or the clinical appropriateness of treatment.

## Frequently asked

Do forthcoming sellers tend to be forthcoming about everything?

No. Sellers publishing a full dose ladder publish a state list at almost exactly the rate of the roster as a whole, so one disclosure predicts nothing about another.

How many sellers publish all four disclosures?

A small minority. Most make two or three of the four, and a handful make none at all.

What does that mean for choosing?

Ask the question you care about directly. A good answer on an unrelated point is not evidence about the one that matters to you.
