## The verdict

Amble charges $179 for one month of compounded semaglutide, $160 a month on three and $135 on six, and $329 for one month of compounded tirzepatide, falling to $255 and $235. Both rates are stated to hold at every dose.

Amble is a weight-loss telehealth program selling two once-weekly compounded injections, reached from navigation tabs that name them as compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide. Anti-aging, medical kits and skin categories share the same menu, and a separate landing page offers a GLP-1 and GIP combination bundled with NAD+ at $250 for a one-month supply.

1. ## Who writes the prescription, and what do they see?

A licensed medical provider reviews the online medical intake and determines whether the medication is right for the patient, and secure messaging with scheduled check-ins runs afterwards at any hour. What the provider reads before writing is not described, and no clinician, medical group or medical director is named. The buyer picks the molecule by picking the page, and the provider then decides whether that medication is right for them.

Every plan is stated to include supplies, shipping and ongoing clinical monitoring, with medication cold-shipped to the door and no pharmacy trip involved. A fast-acting anti-nausea medication is offered as an add-on to eligible patients rather than included, which is at least stated rather than left to be discovered later. There is no insurance requirement and no separate membership charge on any of the three plans.

2. ## What happens when the dose goes up?

Amble publishes a step-by-step dose-escalation schedule as one of the things a plan includes, and describes dose adjustments as available where clinically appropriate, which is more than a flat promise that nothing changes. The rate is stated to stay the same at every dose, so climbing does not cost more. What neither page carries is a milligram at any rung, so the escalation is described in the abstract and cannot be checked against a label schedule.

3. ## What the price includes

Each plan table is three rows and reads cleanly: semaglutide at $135, $160 and $179, tirzepatide at $235, $255 and $329, for six, three and one month. Nothing is struck through and no first-month rate is layered on top, which puts Amble ahead of several sellers charging similar figures. Six months of semaglutide on the longest plan is $810, and the same term of tirzepatide is $1,410. A promotional banner across the top of the site offers a GLP-1 at $150 with NAD+ at $100, on terms the banner itself does not explain.

4. ## What it claims, and what it cites

The product is compounded, and Amble's own disclosure states that compounded products are not approved or evaluated for safety, efficacy or quality by the FDA and that no efficacy claims are made for them. The compounding pharmacy is not named. The outcome statistics on the page come from a May 2025 survey of more than sixteen thousand members, using their own scale and tape-measure readings, and the disclosure notes that participants were compensated for taking part.

## Where it holds up, and where it does not

- Strength: Three plan lengths priced with nothing struck through
- Strength: Rate stated to hold at every dose
- Strength: Supplies, shipping and monitoring included in every plan
- Strength: A dose-escalation schedule is named as part of the plan
- Strength: The survey behind the outcome figures is disclosed in full
- Limitation: No milligram appears on either plan
- Limitation: Tirzepatide costs $150 more for a single month
- Limitation: Anti-nausea support is an add-on rather than included
- Limitation: The compounding pharmacy and the clinicians are unnamed
- Limitation: The banner offer states no terms

## What the evidence says about this kind of treatment

The assessment above is about Amble. These are about the drugs it sells, and they are traced to the primary literature.

Right for

A reader who wants a six-month rate that holds as the dose climbs.

Wrong for

A reader who needs the milligram schedule or the pharmacy named before ordering.

## The evidence behind what Amble prescribes

These studies examine the medicines, not this provider. Results with approved products do not establish the quality or effectiveness of a seller’s compounded formulation.

- [Cochrane Review of Semaglutide for Obesity: 18 Trials Graded](https://thisglp.com/research/semaglutide-cochrane-review)

A 2025 Cochrane review pooled eighteen randomized trials. The weight figure is high certainty and smaller than the marketing, and almost everything else is graded lower.

- [Tirzepatide vs Semaglutide: Which Works Better for Weight Loss?](https://thisglp.com/research/tirzepatide-vs-semaglutide-which-works-better)

In a 72-week randomized trial at weight-management doses, weight fell 20.2 percent on tirzepatide and 13.7 percent on semaglutide. Routine-care studies found a smaller gap, three to four points.

## Frequently asked

Does Amble sell both semaglutide and tirzepatide?

Yes. Each has its own page and plan table: semaglutide from $179 a month and tirzepatide from $329 a month, both lower on longer plans.

Does the price rise as the dose rises?

No. Amble states the same price applies at every dose across all three plan lengths.

Where do the weight-loss figures come from?

A May 2025 survey of more than sixteen thousand members, using their own scale and tape readings, whose participants were compensated.

Is Amble expensive compared with other GLP-1 telehealth sellers?

Amble publishes a starting figure of $179/mo. Across the 402 GLP-1 telehealth sellers we review that publish a single monthly figure, those run $49 to $525.42 with a median of $190, which puts Amble below the median, toward the cheaper end. The other 178 GLP-1 telehealth sellers we review quote only after an intake or price by dose, so they are not in that comparison. A starting figure is not a bill — labs, consultations and shipping are often charged separately, so confirm what your own quote includes.
