# Bodi Envi review

Bodi Envi identifies Wasef Health for clinical care and VialsRx for dispensing. Its cancellation and replacement rules need attention before enrollment.

## The verdict

Bodi Envi now identifies the organizations behind prescribing and pharmacy fulfillment, with patient-portal access for ongoing care. Its monthly plans are stated as unchanged across doses. The main tradeoff is its strict treatment of processed orders, prepaid balances and packages marked delivered.

Bodi Envi is a telehealth platform, not the pharmacy or medical practice. Its FAQ identifies Wasef Health, PC as the clinical organization and Michael Wasef, MD as medical director. The service describes nationwide telehealth availability. These organizational disclosures help a patient know whom to contact, without establishing who will personally review an individual case.

1. ## Who writes the prescription, and what do they see?

A licensed physician or nurse practitioner assesses the medical information and decides whether treatment is appropriate. The site says most consultations use a questionnaire and secure chat, with audio or video when required. Paying does not guarantee a prescription. Patients who are not eligible after provider review receive a refund under the policy.

Current patients can contact their care team through the patient portal. The service promotes ongoing support, but that does not establish a guaranteed immediate clinical response. Refills receive advance text and email notice. Use that notice to discuss tolerability or request changes before pharmacy processing; the policy says changes cannot be made once the prescription has been sent.

2. ## What happens when the dose goes up?

Bodi Envi says dose changes do not increase the price. The clinician may adjust treatment for response and tolerability, and patients can request review through their care team. A lower price or smaller prescribed dose does not remove the need for a clear concentration, injection instruction and follow-up plan.

3. ## What the price includes

The monthly plan is $155 for semaglutide and $229 for tirzepatide. Longer prepaid terms can lower the monthly equivalent. The cancellation policy excludes partial refunds for three-, six- and twelve-month purchases. Canceling future orders is possible, but a prescription already issued after medical review may make the current order nonrefundable.

4. ## What it claims, and what it cites

Bodi Envi names VialsRx in Tomball, Texas as its 503A dispensing pharmacy. The injections are compounded, not FDA-approved products. The pharmacy contact should also appear on the prescription label. Report a suspected dispensing error to the pharmacy within the policy’s 48-hour window and retain the packaging and label.

## Where it holds up, and where it does not

- Strength: Clinical organization and dispensing pharmacy identified
- Strength: Patient portal provides an ongoing contact route
- Strength: Dose changes do not raise the advertised plan price
- Limitation: Prepaid plans lack partial refunds
- Limitation: Processed prescriptions cannot ordinarily be canceled
- Limitation: Packages marked delivered are not replaced without another purchase

## What the evidence says about this kind of treatment

The assessment above is about Bodi Envi. These are about the drugs it sells, and they are traced to the primary literature.

Right for

A patient who values identifiable care partners and can monitor refill notices before processing.

Wrong for

Someone who needs generous prepaid refunds or replacement coverage for a package marked delivered but missing.

## The evidence behind what Bodi Envi prescribes

These studies examine the medicines, not this provider. Results with approved products do not establish the quality or effectiveness of a seller’s compounded formulation.

- [Cochrane Review of Semaglutide for Obesity: 18 Trials Graded](https://thisglp.com/research/semaglutide-cochrane-review)

A 2025 Cochrane review pooled eighteen randomized trials. The weight figure is high certainty and smaller than the marketing, and almost everything else is graded lower.

- [Tirzepatide vs Semaglutide: Which Works Better for Weight Loss?](https://thisglp.com/research/tirzepatide-vs-semaglutide-which-works-better)

In a 72-week randomized trial at weight-management doses, weight fell 20.2 percent on tirzepatide and 13.7 percent on semaglutide. Routine-care studies found a smaller gap, three to four points.

## Frequently asked

Who provides Bodi Envi’s care?

The FAQ identifies Wasef Health, PC for clinical services and VialsRx in Texas for dispensing. A licensed clinician makes the individual treatment decision.

Does two-day shipping mean two days from signup?

No. The shipping policy starts that interval after pharmacy preparation and dispatch. It excludes weekends and holidays, and carrier delays can add time.

What happens if the carrier says delivered but the package is missing?

The replacement policy says a delivered scan completes fulfillment and a replacement requires another purchase. Contact support and the carrier promptly.

Can I cancel before the next refill?

Request cancellation through the portal or email. Act before processing; issued prescriptions and processed refills are subject to restrictive refund rules.

Is Bodi Envi legit?

Bodi Envi is a GLP-1 telehealth sellers service. Its stated availability: All 50 states. It displays a LegitScript certification claim, which we record as a claim and not as a verified fact: LegitScript's public checker is gated and returns the same page for any domain put into it, so no one can reproduce a check from it. What our record does not establish: whether it bills insurance and how its intake works. Ask for those in writing before you pay.

Is Bodi Envi expensive compared with other GLP-1 telehealth sellers?

Bodi Envi publishes a starting figure of $155/mo. Across the 402 GLP-1 telehealth sellers we review that publish a single monthly figure, those run $49 to $525.42 with a median of $190, which puts Bodi Envi below the median, toward the cheaper end. The other 178 GLP-1 telehealth sellers we review quote only after an intake or price by dose, so they are not in that comparison. A starting figure is not a bill — labs, consultations and shipping are often charged separately, so confirm what your own quote includes.
