# Invyncible review

Every step up the dose ladder is a separate program with its own higher price.

## The verdict

Invyncible's lowest figures belong to its starting vials: $192.50 for the Starter semaglutide vial and $210 for the first tirzepatide program, which the page labels four weeks. The dose ladder is sold as a series of programs, each rung dearer than the last, so the figure that opens the first month is rarely the one a patient pays by the fourth.

Invyncible is a telemedicine brand of Nationwide Telemedicine, based in St. Petersburg, Florida, and its weight-loss shelf carries compounded semaglutide in three formulas and compounded tirzepatide in two. The site states plainly that it does not compound, dispense or sell medication itself, and that prescriptions are filled by independent compounding pharmacies once a licensed provider has approved them.

1. ## Who writes the prescription, and what do they see?

The sequence the page describes runs from an online intake to a provider consultation, where a licensed provider reviews the history, answers questions and decides whether semaglutide or tirzepatide is appropriate before a prescription goes to a pharmacy. The footer says the affiliated practices are independently owned and run by licensed physicians on the Nationwide Telemedicine platform, but no individual clinician or medical director is named on either product page.

After approval the provider chooses the vial size and dosing pathway, and the page promises that providers remain available for check-ins and adjustments throughout treatment. Support runs Monday to Friday, nine to five Eastern, by phone, chat or email, and the site makes a point of saying a missed call gets a follow-up rather than silence. Nine states are excluded, and the lists differ slightly between the two products.

2. ## What happens when the dose goes up?

This is where the programs matter most. A first tirzepatide fill at 2.5 mg a week is the $210 program, and the page offers five programs in all, climbing to 12.5 mg a week. The price rises at every step, until the top program costs roughly twice the first. Semaglutide works the same way through three vial sizes, the starter vial lasting about five weeks on the page's own example of 0.5 mg a week. A patient who titrates on schedule will cross into a dearer program within the first few months, and nothing on the page says whether a provider or the patient initiates that switch.

3. ## What the price includes

Both headline figures sit beside a struck higher price, $275 for semaglutide and $300 for tirzepatide, with no end date attached, so the lower figures read as the current price rather than a promotion. Because each tirzepatide program covers four weeks rather than a calendar month, thirteen fills land in a year, which puts the $210 program at about $228 a month. Six months on the first program alone comes to $1,368, though few patients stay on the first program that long.

4. ## What it claims, and what it cites

Every line is compounded, and the product page says outright that compounded [semaglutide](https://thisglp.com/research/semaglutide-cochrane-review) is not FDA-approved and has not been reviewed by the FDA or any other regulator for safety, quality or effectiveness. The standard formulas contain the drug alone, and the alternatives add glycine or B12. The compounding pharmacy is not named.

## Where it holds up, and where it does not

- Strength: Vial sizes and example doses are printed
- Strength: Each program's price shows before intake
- Strength: States it does not dispense medication itself
- Strength: Human support by phone, chat or email
- Limitation: Price rises at every dose step
- Limitation: Tirzepatide programs cover four weeks, not months
- Limitation: No clinician or medical director is named
- Limitation: Nine states cannot be served
- Limitation: The compounding pharmacy is not named

## What the evidence says about this kind of treatment

The assessment above is about Invyncible. These are about the drugs it sells, and they are traced to the primary literature.

Right for

A patient who wants to see what each dose step will cost before the first fill.

Wrong for

A buyer looking for one flat monthly price that holds through titration.

## The evidence behind what Invyncible prescribes

These studies examine the medicines, not this provider. Results with approved products do not establish the quality or effectiveness of a seller’s compounded formulation.

A 2025 Cochrane review pooled eighteen randomized trials. The weight figure is high certainty and smaller than the marketing, and almost everything else is graded lower.

In a 72-week randomized trial at weight-management doses, weight fell 20.2 percent on tirzepatide and 13.7 percent on semaglutide. Routine-care studies found a smaller gap, three to four points.

## Frequently asked

Does the price go up as the dose goes up?

Yes. Each tirzepatide program is a larger weekly dose at a higher price, and the semaglutide vials are priced the same way, so the $210 and $192.50 figures cover the starting rungs only.

Is $210 a monthly price?

It buys a program the page labels four weeks, so a year of fills is thirteen charges rather than twelve, or about $228 a calendar month.

Does Invyncible fill the prescription itself?

No. The site says it provides telemedicine consultations and coordinates with licensed pharmacies, and that independent compounding pharmacies fill the prescriptions.

Is Invyncible expensive compared with other GLP-1 telehealth sellers?

Invyncible publishes a starting figure of $192.5/mo. Across the 402 GLP-1 telehealth sellers we review that publish a single monthly figure, those run $49 to $525.42 with a median of $190, which puts Invyncible above the median. The other 178 GLP-1 telehealth sellers we review quote only after an intake or price by dose, so they are not in that comparison. A starting figure is not a bill — labs, consultations and shipping are often charged separately, so confirm what your own quote includes.
