# Mondae review

Among the lowest published compounded rates here, on pages that state very little else.

## The verdict

Mondae opens compounded semaglutide at $87 a month and compounded tirzepatide at $126. Both are the one-month rung, which the page selects by default. Three months drops semaglutide to $75.

Mondae is a telehealth platform with four treatment pages. Two are GLP-1 medicines. NAD and sermorelin and glutathione make up the rest.

1. ## Who writes the prescription, and what do they see?

A licensed provider reviews the questionnaire and holds a consultation before prescribing. Messaging through a portal is offered afterwards. No clinician, medical group or medical director is named on either GLP-1 page. What the provider sees before writing is not described.

Intake, provider review, then shipping with tracking. Follow-up consultations and dose adjustments are requested through the portal. Each product page carries three claims and stops: same price every dose, no membership fees, one-to-one provider guidance.

2. ## What happens when the dose goes up?

Mondae says the price a patient starts on is the price they keep for life. Other programs, it adds, raise theirs as doses rise. The sentence carries a condition: as long as your membership remains active. The card above it says there are no membership fees. Those two statements cannot both be complete. The dose chart beside them is labeled a stylized representation rather than a real schedule.

3. ## What the price includes

The plan selector opens on one month. Semaglutide is $87 there and $75 on three months, billed as $225 once. Tirzepatide is $126 and $124, billed as $372. The three-month saving is real on semaglutide and almost nothing on tirzepatide. A struck-through anchor figure sits above both.

4. ## What it claims, and what it cites

Both lines are compounded, prescribed only where a provider judges it appropriate, and dispensed by a licensed pharmacy. Compounded preparations are not FDA-approved and are not reviewed by the FDA before dispensing. The pharmacy is not named and no milligram is published.

## Where it holds up, and where it does not

- Strength: Among the lowest published compounded rates here
- Strength: The one-month rung is the one preselected
- Strength: Three-month totals are printed in full
- Strength: Price stated to hold at every dose
- Limitation: The price lock is conditional on a membership
- Limitation: The same card says there are no membership fees
- Limitation: No milligram, pharmacy name or clinician appears
- Limitation: The dose chart is a stylized illustration

## What the evidence says about this kind of treatment

The assessment above is about Mondae. These are about the drugs it sells, and they are traced to the primary literature.

Right for

A buyer whose first filter is the number and who will ask the rest later.

Wrong for

A buyer who wants the pharmacy, the dose and the care team on the page.

## The evidence behind what Mondae prescribes

These studies examine the medicines, not this provider. Results with approved products do not establish the quality or effectiveness of a seller’s compounded formulation.

- [Cochrane Review of Semaglutide for Obesity: 18 Trials Graded](https://thisglp.com/research/semaglutide-cochrane-review)

A 2025 Cochrane review pooled eighteen randomized trials. The weight figure is high certainty and smaller than the marketing, and almost everything else is graded lower.

- [Tirzepatide vs Semaglutide: Which Works Better for Weight Loss?](https://thisglp.com/research/tirzepatide-vs-semaglutide-which-works-better)

In a 72-week randomized trial at weight-management doses, weight fell 20.2 percent on tirzepatide and 13.7 percent on semaglutide. Routine-care studies found a smaller gap, three to four points.

## Frequently asked

Is $87 the monthly rate or a prepay?

It is the one-month plan, which the page has already selected. Three months is $225, or $75 a month.

Is there a membership fee?

The product card says there is none. The price-lock promise below it holds only while a membership stays active.

Does the price rise with the dose?

Mondae states it does not. No milligram is published, so nothing on the page lets a buyer check it.

Is Mondae expensive compared with other GLP-1 telehealth sellers?

Mondae publishes a starting figure of $87/mo. Across the 402 GLP-1 telehealth sellers we review that publish a single monthly figure, those run $49 to $525.42 with a median of $190, which puts Mondae below the median, toward the cheaper end. The other 178 GLP-1 telehealth sellers we review quote only after an intake or price by dose, so they are not in that comparison. A starting figure is not a bill — labs, consultations and shipping are often charged separately, so confirm what your own quote includes.
