Two compounded injections, priced monthly, with a three-month plan that costs the same per month.

## The verdict

NativeMed sells two compounded weekly injections. There is a longevity line as well. Weight loss is the front door. Each drug has its own page and its own price.

1. ## Who writes the prescription, and what do they see?

A licensed provider reviews the intake and decides whether treatment is appropriate. The dose is set after that review. What the intake asks is not published. No clinician, medical group or medical director is named.

One questionnaire, one review, then shipping. Orders ship within one to three business days once the pharmacy processes them. In-person appointments are offered as an alternative to the questionnaire. Insurance is not billed. HSA and FSA cards may be accepted.

2. ## What happens when the dose goes up?

The rate is stated to hold at any dose. That answers half the question. The other half is unanswered: no milligram appears on either page, and the escalation schedule is left entirely to the provider.

3. ## What the price includes

Semaglutide is $149 a month, tirzepatide $183. The prepay is the finding. Three months of semaglutide is $447 and three of tirzepatide is $549. Divide either by three and the monthly rate comes back unchanged. A prepay usually buys a discount. This one buys a larger charge today.

4. ## What it claims, and what it cites

Both lines are compounded and neither is FDA-approved. The FDA does not review compounded preparations before they are dispensed. NativeMed states its own limits plainly: it does not manufacture medications, practice medicine or decide what is appropriate. The pharmacies are described by license, not by name.

## Where it holds up, and where it does not

- Strength: Both rates published before any intake
- Strength: Rate stated to hold at any dose
- Strength: Shipping free where a prescription is written
- Strength: The prepay total is printed, so the arithmetic is visible
- Limitation: The three-month plan carries no discount
- Limitation: No milligram is published on either page
- Limitation: The compounding pharmacy is not named
- Limitation: No clinician or medical group is named

## What the evidence says about this kind of treatment

The assessment above is about NativeMed. These are about the drugs it sells, and they are traced to the primary literature.

Right for

A buyer who wants a flat monthly rate and no reason to prepay.

Wrong for

A buyer looking for a multi-month discount, because there is not one here.

## The evidence behind what NativeMed prescribes

These studies examine the medicines, not this provider. Results with approved products do not establish the quality or effectiveness of a seller’s compounded formulation.

- [Cochrane Review of Semaglutide for Obesity: 18 Trials Graded](https://thisglp.com/research/semaglutide-cochrane-review)

A 2025 Cochrane review pooled eighteen randomized trials. The weight figure is high certainty and smaller than the marketing, and almost everything else is graded lower.

- [Tirzepatide vs Semaglutide: Which Works Better for Weight Loss?](https://thisglp.com/research/tirzepatide-vs-semaglutide-which-works-better)

In a 72-week randomized trial at weight-management doses, weight fell 20.2 percent on tirzepatide and 13.7 percent on semaglutide. Routine-care studies found a smaller gap, three to four points.

## Frequently asked

Does the three-month plan cost less per month?

No. It is $447 for semaglutide and $549 for tirzepatide, which is three months at $149 and $183.

Does the price rise as the dose rises?

NativeMed states the rate is the same at any dose. No milligram is published to check it against.

Is the pharmacy named?

No. Fulfillment is described as licensed United States compounding pharmacies, without naming one.

Is NativeMed expensive compared with other GLP-1 telehealth sellers?

NativeMed publishes a starting figure of $149/mo. Across the 402 GLP-1 telehealth sellers we review that publish a single monthly figure, those run $49 to $525.42 with a median of $190, which puts NativeMed below the median, toward the cheaper end. The other 178 GLP-1 telehealth sellers we review quote only after an intake or price by dose, so they are not in that comparison. A starting figure is not a bill — labs, consultations and shipping are often charged separately, so confirm what your own quote includes.
