Premium Health sells compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide as weight loss memberships. IV therapy and NAD+ infusions are sold on the same site. Medication, supplies and shipping are stated as included in the membership.

1. ## Who writes the prescription, and what do they see?

Clinicians are described as US-licensed and trained in obesity medicine. The visit is a two-way video call on Doxy.me. The team schedules it after the intake forms. No clinician or medical director is named.

Medication ships every 90 days, per the FAQ. The product page gives 30 to 90 days. Billing is month to month, with cancellation at any time. Medication cost is not refundable. Nutrition and fitness plans are listed as included.

2. ## What happens when the dose goes up?

The FAQ prices the higher doses separately. Semaglutide goes up to 2 mg a week for $100 more each month. Tirzepatide goes up to 10 mg a week for $150 more. The provider decides when a higher dose applies.

3. ## What the price includes

Semaglutide is $275 a month. Tirzepatide is $445 a month. Each product page shows one price and no prepay ladder. The dose surcharge is found only in the FAQ. The base step between molecules is $170 a month.

4. ## What it claims, and what it cites

Both products are compounded. The FAQ names three pharmacies: Hallandale, Red Rock and Strive. The formula includes vitamin B12 or B6, which the site says reduces nausea. Compounded preparations are not FDA-approved. The FDA does not review them before dispensing.

## Where it holds up, and where it does not

- Strength: Dose surcharge stated in dollars
- Strength: Three dispensing pharmacies named
- Strength: Video visit on a named platform
- Strength: Month to month, cancel at any time
- Limitation: A higher dose raises the monthly charge
- Limitation: The surcharge appears only in the FAQ
- Limitation: Shipping cadence is stated two ways
- Limitation: No clinician or medical director named
- Limitation: Medication cost is not refundable

## What the evidence says about this kind of treatment

The assessment above is about Premium Health. These are about the drugs it sells, and they are traced to the primary literature.

Right for

A buyer who wants a video visit and the dose surcharge stated upfront.

Wrong for

A buyer who wants one price across the whole dose ladder.

## The evidence behind what Premium Health prescribes

These studies examine the medicines, not this provider. Results with approved products do not establish the quality or effectiveness of a seller’s compounded formulation.

- [Cochrane Review of Semaglutide for Obesity: 18 Trials Graded](https://thisglp.com/research/semaglutide-cochrane-review)

A 2025 Cochrane review pooled eighteen randomized trials. The weight figure is high certainty and smaller than the marketing, and almost everything else is graded lower.

- [Tirzepatide vs Semaglutide: Which Works Better for Weight Loss?](https://thisglp.com/research/tirzepatide-vs-semaglutide-which-works-better)

In a 72-week randomized trial at weight-management doses, weight fell 20.2 percent on tirzepatide and 13.7 percent on semaglutide. Routine-care studies found a smaller gap, three to four points.

## How Premium Health compares

| Seller | Who it suits | Go |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Yucca Health | Buyers who want the whole ladder visible before intake and may not stay six months | |
| Zera Health | A reader who budgets from the monthly rate printed beside the first-month offer. | |
| DoctorAdam | A reader weighing a tablet against an injection who wants the decision to be about the routine rather than the cost. | |

Is Premium Health expensive compared with other GLP-1 telehealth sellers?

Premium Health publishes a starting figure of $275/mo. Across the 402 GLP-1 telehealth sellers we review that publish a single monthly figure, those run $49 to $525.42 with a median of $190, which puts Premium Health above the median. The other 178 GLP-1 telehealth sellers we review quote only after an intake or price by dose, so they are not in that comparison. A starting figure is not a bill — labs, consultations and shipping are often charged separately, so confirm what your own quote includes.
