AM Rx is an online clinic. It covers weight loss, primary care, mental health and several other services. The weight-loss program has two routes. One coordinates insurance for Wegovy, Ozempic, Zepbound and Mounjaro. The other sells compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide for cash.
Who writes the prescription, and what do they see?
A licensed AM Rx provider reviews the intake and medical history. The provider then prescribes, or declines to. The FAQ says a stated preference is considered, not guaranteed. Visits run by video, phone or secure message. One provider group named in the membership terms is Bruno Health.
The membership is the core product. It covers insurance navigation, messaging with the care team and coaching. Per the FAQ, GLP-1 medication is typically not included in it. A prior authorization stays active only while the membership does. A denied request can be resubmitted up to three times. Medicare and Medicaid members are not eligible.
What happens when the dose goes up?
The bundles carry one dose rule. A dose above standard titration may add fees. Those fees are not priced anywhere. The supply rates carry no dose schedule either. The cost of escalation is set after prescribing.
What the price includes
Several figures matter, and none stands alone. The standard membership is $135 a month. Compounded semaglutide starts at $106 a month on a three-month supply. Compounded tirzepatide starts at $216 a month on the same terms. Both supply rates include a 20% discount for buying three months. The all-in bundles are $297 a month for semaglutide and $449 for tirzepatide. Each opens with a lower first month, $217 and $349. The $25 figure applies only to insured brand-name copays.

Brand-name drugs are FDA-approved and reached through insurance. The cash preparations are compounded. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved. The FDA does not review them before dispensing. The partner pharmacy is not named on the public pages.
