How this board is built
Of the 182 sellers ranked on a published semaglutide injection price, 76 have had their dose stance read off their own pages: 63 hold one figure at every dose, 13 raise it as the dose goes up. The 63 that hold open at a median of $175 a month against $150 for the ones that scale — so the sellers that hold are not the cheap ones on day one. They are the ones whose day-one figure is still true in month six. The remaining 106 say nothing either way on the pages we have read, and are not listed here.
A starting dose is not where anyone stays. Titration schedules move a patient up over roughly the first four to five months, and a price that climbs with the milligrams means the figure that persuaded someone to sign up was true for the shortest part of their year. See the methodology for how each mark is derived.
This is the one seller behavior on this site that a reader cannot check quickly for themselves. An opening price sits on the homepage; what happens at maintenance is usually further in, on a dosing page or inside a plan selector, and on plenty of sellers it is not written down at all. That is why the count of sellers we have read is published above alongside the count that hold — the second number means little without the first.
Holding at every dose is not automatically the better deal. A seller that scales can be cheaper for the months spent at a low dose, and a flat price set high is simply a high price stated honestly. What a flat figure removes is the surprise, which is a different thing from a saving, and the rows below carry each seller’s own number so the comparison is yours to make.
How we judge sellers
- Price transparency — Can you find what a month costs — for the molecule and the form you want — before creating an account, and does the seller's own site agree with itself?
- Honest headline — Is the figure the seller leads with the figure it bills? A price that needs a twelve-month prepay, or that is struck through from an anchor nobody pays, is a different number from a standing monthly rate.
- Dose-ladder pricing — Does the price hold as your dose escalates, or is it re-set at every step? This is the difference most buyers only discover in month three.
- State coverage — How much of the country the seller actually ships to. A seller that does not operate where you live is not an option, whatever it charges.
- Molecule and form breadth — Whether the seller carries both molecules, and whether it offers an oral as well as an injection. Breadth is what lets you change course without changing provider.
We never show a fabricated price or rating, and access notes appear only where a provider publishes them. Pricing and availability change often — confirm current details on the provider’s own site.

Common questions
- Does a flat price mean the cheapest price?
- No. The sellers here open at a higher median than the ones that scale. A flat figure buys predictability rather than a discount, and for a reader who will spend most of the year at a maintenance dose those are often the same thing — but not always.
- Why are so many sellers missing from this board?
- Because most sellers do not say what happens to the price as the dose rises, and we will not infer it. A seller appears here only where its own pages state that the figure holds.
- Where does the dose stance come from?
- From the seller's own pricing or dosing page, read directly. Where a seller states it in a plan selector rather than in prose, that is what was read.
