BloomWell Rx review
Monthly figures on both molecules, with the dispensing pharmacy and the provider network named in the FAQ.
The verdict
BloomWell Rx prices compounded semaglutide at $199 a month and tirzepatide at $249. Both are the default one-month rate on each product page, and the FAQ names DiRx Health as the pharmacy and Beluga Health as the provider network.

BloomWell Rx is a Grand Rapids telehealth brand selling weight-loss, wellness and hormone treatments. Its two compounded GLP-1 products are labeled Personalized GLP-1 and GLP-1/GIP. The small print on each page names the molecules: semaglutide and tirzepatide. Brand-name drugs are offered as consultations only, not as shipped products.
Who writes the prescription, and what do they see?
Prescribing runs through Beluga Health, which the FAQ calls a physician-led virtual care platform. A provider reviews the quiz answers within 24 hours, and some states require a live video visit or a secure chat. A photo ID and a selfie are required before any treatment starts.
Refills are not charged automatically on this service. The FAQ says a renewal notice arrives each month and the provider reviews the patient's information before continuing. Payment is taken only when the patient confirms the order, and insurance is not accepted.
What happens when the dose goes up?
The tirzepatide product is described as a GLP-1/GIP and B12 blend. Neither page gives a milligram dose, although the product copy says dosing is adjusted over time. Whether the price moves with the dose is not stated beside either figure.
What the price includes
Each product page shows a one-month tab, selected by default, beside a three-month tab. The default reads $199 a month for semaglutide and $249 for tirzepatide. The gap between the molecules is $50 a month at the default rate. Orders cannot be changed or canceled once placed, and medication cannot be returned.
What it claims, and what it cites
Both products are compounded and dispensed by a licensed third-party pharmacy. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved and are not reviewed by the FDA before dispensing. DiRx Health, in Fort Lauderdale, is named in the FAQ as the pharmacy partner. Zepbound, Wegovy, the Wegovy pill and Foundayo are offered as consultations.
Where it holds up, and where it does not

- Strength: No automatic monthly charge
- Strength: One-month rate is the default tab
- Limitation: No milligram dose on either page
- Limitation: Orders cannot be canceled once placed
- Limitation: Insurance is not accepted
- Limitation: Tirzepatide vial adds B12 to the blend
What the evidence says about this kind of treatment
The assessment above is about BloomWell Rx. These are about the drugs it sells, and they are traced to the primary literature.

- A reader who wants to know which pharmacy fills the order before paying.
- Wrong for
- A reader who may need to cancel an order after placing it.

- Which pharmacy fills BloomWell Rx orders?
- DiRx Health, which the FAQ names along with a Fort Lauderdale address.
- Am I charged automatically each month?
- No. The FAQ says a renewal notice arrives monthly, and payment is taken only when the patient chooses to process it.
- Does the tirzepatide product contain anything else?
- Yes. The product page describes a GLP-1/GIP and B12 blend rather than tirzepatide on its own, with the vitamin presented as support for energy.
- Is BloomWell Rx expensive compared with other GLP-1 telehealth sellers?
- BloomWell Rx publishes a starting figure of $199/mo. Across the 399 GLP-1 telehealth sellers we review that publish a single monthly figure, those run $49 to $525.42 with a median of $189, which puts BloomWell Rx above the median. The other 58 GLP-1 telehealth sellers we review quote only after an intake or price by dose, so they are not in that comparison. A starting figure is not a bill — labs, consultations and shipping are often charged separately, so confirm what your own quote includes.
