Who writes the prescription, and what do they see?
A medical intake of a few minutes goes to a U.S.-licensed, board-certified physician, who recommends a medication within 72 hours if one is appropriate. The page notes that some states require an audio or video consultation before a prescription is approved. One physician on Bryan Johnson's team is named on the home page with his training, though the product pages do not say whether he is among the doctors who review intakes.
Approved medication ships in two to five business days, and the doctor stays reachable by chat, with video consults available, for up to twelve months under the same purchase. No membership fee is charged and payment is taken only after a doctor prescribes, so the quarterly charge is the whole of what a patient pays for those three months. What happens when the dose goes up?
Each compounded product offers two dosage types, a Personalized Dose and a Microdose, and the tirzepatide page opens with the Microdose already selected. The first figure a visitor meets there therefore belongs to the smaller product, not to the $255 treatment plan. No milligram ladder is published for the Personalized Dose, and the page does not say whether the price holds as the dose climbs inside a quarter or at the next renewal.
