Marek Health is a telehealth platform built around what it calls Guided Optimization. Weight loss sits beside testosterone, fertility, hair, sleep and heart-health programs. Its weight-loss page names tirzepatide injections, and its FAQ discusses both semaglutide and tirzepatide. The site says it serves U.S. residents only, in all 50 states, with some treatments limited by state.
Who writes the prescription, and what do they see?
Marek states that it is not a clinic and does not prescribe. Partnered physicians write the prescriptions. The program includes a 25-minute consultation with a licensed medical provider after the labs are back. Individual prescribers are not named on the treatment pages. Coaches are the day-to-day contact.
The first step is an intake with a health coach, who builds a custom lab panel. Discounted testing is open only once the patient buys at least $450 of labs. A written lab report and the provider consultation follow. The FAQ also requires a copy of an in-person annual physical before starting and continuing treatment. After that come monthly coach check-ins and refills.
What happens when the dose goes up?
No dose schedule or dose-by-dose price is published. What the FAQ does fix is the monitoring around the dose. A follow-up provider visit comes 6 to 12 weeks after starting, with basic labs in the same window. Routine visits and repeat labs then run every six months. Whether a dose increase changes the medication cost is not stated.

Two figures are published, and neither is a medication price. The first is $299 to start treatment online, printed identically on the weight-loss page and across other programs. The second is the $450 minimum for the first lab panel. Medication, follow-up labs and repeat visits are not priced publicly.
