Vyora Wellness review

Two monthly figures, one per molecule, and a written promise that neither moves with the dose.

The verdict

Vyora Wellness charges $299 a month for compounded semaglutide. Compounded tirzepatide is $399 a month. The FAQ states the cost stays the same as doses change. Refunds after dispensing are paid as account credit, not cash.

Vyora Wellness is an online clinic selling compounded GLP-1 medicines and longevity peptides. The weight shelf lists semaglutide, tirzepatide, a microdose tirzepatide and daily tablets. The two weekly injections are the lines priced here. Insurance is not accepted.

  1. Who writes the prescription, and what do they see?

A licensed provider reviews a written health assessment before anything is prescribed. The FAQ states no video visit is used. A phone call is occasionally required. Most decisions are stated to arrive within 24 hours. The team page names two physicians under medical leadership. Each is captioned as family medicine, while the bio beneath names another specialty.

The plan is a subscription billed each month. Coaching at any hour, nutrition guidance and a private member community are included. The refund policy sets shipping for monthly subscriptions at every three weeks. Shipping fees are shown at checkout, not on the product page.

  2. What happens when the dose goes up?

The semaglutide page lists six doses, from 0.25 mg to 2.4 mg. The tirzepatide page lists six, from 2.5 mg to 15 mg. The FAQ states the monthly cost does not change as the dose rises. The provider sets each step. Side effects are handled first with low-dose protocols, by the FAQ's account.

  3. What the price includes

Semaglutide is $299 a month and tirzepatide is $399. The step between them is $100. Six months comes to $1,794 on semaglutide and $2,394 on tirzepatide. Each product is labeled a four-week subscription. Its price is written per month. The page does not reconcile the two units.

  4. What it claims, and what it cites

Both injections are compounded by 503A pharmacies. Neither is FDA-approved. The FAQ says Vyora works with 25 compounding pharmacies and names none of them. The FDA does not review a compounded preparation before it is dispensed.

Where it holds up, and where it does not

  • Strength: Price stated as flat at every dose
  • Strength: Doses listed on both product pages
  • Strength: No video visit required
  • Strength: Coaching and community included in the price
  • Limitation: Refunds after dispensing come as store credit
  • Limitation: No compounding pharmacy is named
  • Limitation: Shipping fees appear only at checkout
  • Limitation: Four-week label beside a monthly price

Right for
A buyer who wants one figure that holds through the whole dose ladder.
Wrong for
A buyer who wants a cash refund option once the medication ships.

Frequently asked

Does the price rise with the dose?
No. Vyora's FAQ states the cost remains the same as doses change, on both molecules.
Is a video visit required?
No. A written assessment goes to a licensed provider. A phone call is occasionally added.
How are refunds paid?
As account credit that does not expire. A card refund applies only when a provider does not approve the order.
Is Vyora Wellness expensive compared with other GLP-1 telehealth sellers?
Vyora Wellness publishes a starting figure of $299/mo. Across the 368 GLP-1 telehealth sellers we review that publish a single monthly figure, those run $49 to $449 with a median of $189, which puts Vyora Wellness above the median. The other 20 GLP-1 telehealth sellers we review quote only after an intake or price by dose, so they are not in that comparison. A starting figure is not a bill — labs, consultations and shipping are often charged separately, so confirm what your own quote includes.
