ZipHealth review
Four brand-name GLP-1 medicines, each priced by dose, plus a fixed clinical fee on every treatment.
The verdict
ZipHealth sells brand-name GLP-1 medicines only. The four are Wegovy, the Wegovy pill, Zepbound and Foundayo. Each has a published price ladder by dose. A $79 clinical service and support fee is added per treatment. The site calls every price an estimate.

ZipHealth is an online pharmacy and prescribing service in Delray Beach, Florida. It also treats erectile dysfunction, migraine, herpes and other common conditions. It is cash-pay and does not bill insurance for these medicines. Brand orders ship from partner pharmacies.
Who writes the prescription, and what do they see?
Two clinicians are named with their NPI numbers. One is a board-certified nurse practitioner, the other a board-certified DO. A provider reviews the online consultation and picks the dose. Most decisions are stated to come within 24 hours. Some states require a video call first.
The patient answers a questionnaire, and a provider reviews it. If prescribed, the order goes to a partner pharmacy. Shipping from ZipHealth itself is free. A partner pharmacy sets its own shipping fee. There is no lock-in contract or subscription. A brand order can be canceled only before the pharmacy processes it.
What happens when the dose goes up?
Each product page prints a price for every dose. On all four ladders, the upper doses cost more than the starting ones. The Wegovy pen has one price for 0.25 mg and 0.5 mg. It steps up at 1 mg and holds from there. The provider sets the dose. The $79 fee is stated per treatment.
What the price includes
Every figure is labeled "Starting at". A footnote says each is provisional. The dispensing pharmacy sets what is actually charged when it fills the order. The $79 fee is charged on top. No insurance or coupon condition is attached to the figures. The FAQ also mentions lower-priced personalized programs, but every treatment it lists is a brand medicine.
What it claims, and what it cites
Every medicine on offer is an FDA-approved brand. For semaglutide that means Wegovy, as a pen or a pill. Tirzepatide comes as the Zepbound KwikPen. Orforglipron is sold as Foundayo. None is compounded. One Wegovy pen holds four weekly doses, a month's supply.
Where it holds up, and where it does not
- Strength: Brand-name medicines only, all FDA-approved
- Strength: Price published for every dose
- Strength: Two clinicians named with NPI numbers
- Strength: No subscription or lock-in contract
- Limitation: No figure is final until the pharmacy fills it
- Limitation: $79 fee added per treatment
- Limitation: Upper doses cost more on every ladder
- Limitation: Delivery limited to listed states
What the evidence says about this kind of treatment
The assessment above is about ZipHealth. These are about the drugs it sells, and they are traced to the primary literature.
- Right for
- A cash buyer who wants a brand-name GLP-1 and a dose-by-dose price before the consultation.
- Wrong for
- Anyone who wants compounded medication, or a settled figure before an order is filled.

- Does ZipHealth sell compounded semaglutide?
- No. Its weight-loss treatments are Wegovy, the Wegovy pill, Zepbound and Foundayo. All are brand-name and FDA-approved.
- What is the $79 fee?
- A clinical service and support fee, charged per treatment on top of the medication. It applies to new and repeat patients.
- Is the listed price final?
- No. The site treats it as provisional. What is charged is fixed by the pharmacy when it fills the order.
- Is ZipHealth legit?
- ZipHealth is a GLP-1 telehealth sellers service. Its stated availability: 19 states. It displays a LegitScript certification claim, which we record as a claim and not as a verified fact: LegitScript's public checker is gated and returns the same page for any domain put into it, so no one can reproduce a check from it. What our record does not establish: a single monthly price you can check before an intake, whether it bills insurance and how its intake works. Ask for those in writing before you pay.
