The verdict
Weight Care+ is a monthly program fee, not a medication price. A three-month term costs $139 a month. A twelve-month term costs $99 a month. The drug is billed separately, so nothing here is ranked as a GLP-1 price.

Everlywell is an at-home lab testing company. Weight Care+ is its virtual weight-management membership. Everlywell's main site has no enrollment page for it. The purchase route on the web is Quest's page for its weight-loss blood panel. That page lists the program as a $99 add-on.
Who writes the prescription, and what do they see?
A licensed, board-certified physician runs the first virtual consult. The patient picks from providers licensed in their state. Follow-ups are usually with that same provider. Everlywell says continuity cannot be guaranteed. A prescription is at the provider's discretion and is not promised.
The first visit covers medical history, weight goals and any recent labs. The provider then writes a care plan, which may include a prescription. The prescription goes to a local pharmacy the patient chooses. Monthly check-ins follow once medication starts. Staff also help with insurance prior authorization. The term is binding once signed.
What happens when the dose goes up?
Everlywell publishes no dose schedule. Each monthly check-in reviews progress and tolerance, and the provider adjusts the plan. Refills are renewed at those check-ins. The drug's cost at each dose is set by the pharmacy and the member's insurer.
What the price includes
Three costs apply, and Everlywell sets only one of them. The program fee has two rungs: $139 a month for three months, or $99 a month for twelve. Medication is billed by the pharmacy that fills it. Without insurance or a discount card, Everlywell estimates $900 to $1,400 for one month of the drug. Lab work also falls outside the fee. Virtual visits are not covered by insurance.
What it claims, and what it cites
Everlywell prescribes brand GLP-1s only. Its FAQ rules out compounded GLP-1 prescriptions, and the company dispenses no medication itself. The brands it names include Wegovy and Zepbound, both FDA-approved for weight management. The FAQ notes that Ozempic and Mounjaro are approved only for type 2 diabetes. If prior authorization is denied, naltrexone-bupropion, orlistat or metformin may be offered instead.
