Who writes the prescription, and what do they see?
Every visit is with a provider. The first is a one-on-one video visit after the intake questionnaire. The provider reviews that questionnaire beforehand. Labs may be ordered at the first visit.
This is a pay-per-visit model with no membership. The initial consultation is $199 and each follow-up is $99. The pharmacy bills medication separately. The practice does not contract with insurers and issues a superbill instead.
What happens when the dose goes up?
Each change of dose requires a follow-up visit. Patients on medication see a provider monthly for three months. Once the dose is stable, visits move to every three months for the first year. The price list rises with the milligram label: $169 to $269 for semaglutide, $199 to $319 for tirzepatide.

All in, the first year works out to $235 a month for semaglutide and $265 for tirzepatide. Each figure adds the required visits to the lowest rung. Those visits total $793 in year one, or $66.08 a month. A higher rung raises only the medication part.
