Its weight line runs compounded semaglutide by injection, a compounded semaglutide pill, compounded tirzepatide and compounded orforglipron, with metformin alongside. Who writes the prescription, and what do they see?
Mochi describes providers who listen and a plan built around the patient's goals. What a provider reviews before prescribing is not published, and no clinician, medical group or medical director is named. Eligibility and pricing are both stated to vary by state without a list of which states.

Orforglipron runs across eight, from 1 mg to 16.5 mg. A patient can see the whole climb before starting. What each rung costs above the floor is not published, and nothing states how long a dose is held.
What the price includes
The medication floors are $60 for compounded semaglutide, $90 for tirzepatide, $62 for the semaglutide pill and $31 for orforglipron. The membership is $79 a month, cut to $39 for a first month for new subscribers. Adding the two gives $139 for a semaglutide month at the foot of the ladder, which is arithmetic on Mochi's own published figures rather than a rate Mochi quotes. A banner records both injectable floors as recent cuts, from $99 and $199.
