Mondae is a telehealth platform with four treatment pages. Two are GLP-1 medicines. NAD and sermorelin and glutathione make up the rest.
Who writes the prescription, and what do they see?
A licensed provider reviews the questionnaire and holds a consultation before prescribing. Messaging through a portal is offered afterwards. No clinician, medical group or medical director is named on either GLP-1 page. What the provider sees before writing is not described.
Intake, provider review, then shipping with tracking. Follow-up consultations and dose adjustments are requested through the portal. Each product page carries three claims and stops: same price every dose, no membership fees, one-to-one provider guidance.
What happens when the dose goes up?
Mondae says the price a patient starts on is the price they keep for life. Other programs, it adds, raise theirs as doses rise. The sentence carries a condition: as long as your membership remains active. The card above it says there are no membership fees. Those two statements cannot both be complete. The dose chart beside them is labeled a stylized representation rather than a real schedule.
What the price includes
The plan selector opens on one month. Semaglutide is $87 there and $75 on three months, billed as $225 once. Tirzepatide is $126 and $124, billed as $372. The three-month saving is real on semaglutide and almost nothing on tirzepatide. A struck-through anchor figure sits above both.
