Who writes the prescription, and what do they see?
A free assessment goes to a licensed doctor, and the site states that not everyone is approved. Who reviews it, and under what standing order, is never named. The homepage says care is led by experienced U.S. licensed doctors and stops there. No medical group, medical director or supervising physician appears anywhere.
Three steps are published: assessment, treatment choice, then delivery with follow-up. Each medication has its own product page carrying its own plan cards. Renewal is automatic on the term chosen. Canceling and pausing are handled by contacting support rather than in an account.
What happens when the dose goes up?
Semaglutide is sold as same-price-at-every-dose, so a step up costs nothing extra. Tirzepatide is written the same way. No milligram figure appears beside either plan. Nothing published describes who signs off a dose increase, or what a provider looks at first.

Both lines are compounded rather than manufactured, and VevaRX states plainly that it is neither the compounder nor the manufacturer. No compounding pharmacy is named. Its FAQ goes further than most.
