What GLP-1 sellers do not put on the page, counted

Across several hundred sellers: how many publish nothing about dose pricing, nothing about coverage, and nothing beyond a single format — and why silence is not the same as concealment.

Most of what decides whether a GLP-1 service suits a particular reader is not on its pricing page. That is not a scandal — it is a pattern, and it is consistent enough across several hundred sellers to count rather than assert.

The four common silences

What happens at a higher dose. 292 sellers of 475 publish nothing either way. 145 state the rate holds and 38 state it rises. Since almost everyone escalates inside the first sixteen weeks, this is the silence that costs the most — and the sellers that do publish a ladder are a small minority of the roster.

Where they can ship. 270 sellers record no state list at all. A reader in a licensing-thin state cannot tell from the page whether the service is available to them, and a price that cannot be bought is not a price. Coverage by state shows how unevenly that falls.

What else they sell. 388 offer a single format, so a reader who wants a tablet rather than an injection is choosing from a much smaller field than the headline count suggests. 62 carry a single molecule, which the molecule and format finder breaks down seller by seller.

What to send before ordering

One message covers most of it: does this figure change as my dose goes up, and if so what does it become; can you ship to my state; and is there any charge outside the figure on the page? A seller that answers all three in writing has done more than most of this market does in public. The open-questions tool keeps the current counts, and the scorecard shows how each ranked seller does on the five things this site marks.

Counts are computed from this site’s own records at build time, most recently read September 2026. Nothing is modeled or taken from a third party.

Frequently asked

Does a missing answer mean a seller is hiding something?
No. Every count here means 'published nothing on this point' on the pages this desk has read. Most sellers will answer in a message; the finding is that the norm is to leave it unwritten.
Which silence matters most?
What the price does at a higher dose. Almost everyone escalates inside sixteen weeks, so an opening figure with no stated dose behavior describes the cheapest month of a course.
Where do these counts come from?
This site's own seller records, computed when the page was built. No third-party dataset is involved.
