EverPrime review
Named clinical groups, video visits and ongoing support; confirm the pharmacy and the full cost of your chosen care plan.
The verdict
EverPrime describes more of the clinical relationship than a checkout-only seller. Its product pages name video visits, lab intervals and support. Confirm your assigned practice and pharmacy before paying, and resolve the separate membership bill first.

EverPrime is a prescription-care platform operated by Enhance.MD, LLC. Its membership options and treatment selections have their own terms. An Enhance.MD package should not be assumed to cover the same visits, medication supply or subscription period.
Who writes the prescription, and what do they see?
EverPrime’s contract separates the platform operator from the clinicians. Enhance Wellness, PC, EnhanceMD CA, PC and iThriveMD, PC provide medical services through licensed professionals. The website lists Erik Stark as medical director; that does not identify your personal prescriber. Ask which practice will treat you in your state.
The semaglutide page includes an initial video consultation, continued treatment reviews and metabolic testing every six months. The tirzepatide page specifies a video visit every 90 days. These are published service descriptions, not a guarantee of an immediate reply. Ask how to reach a clinician between scheduled visits.
What happens when the dose goes up?
Both full-dose injection pages advertise the same price across doses. They describe deliveries every four weeks. Dose increases still require the treating clinician’s assessment. The separate microdosing product should not be treated as the usual weight-loss dose ladder.
What the price includes
On the one-month selection, the live calculator shows standard medication rates of $249 for semaglutide and $329 for tirzepatide. Member medicine costs are $150 and $230, plus a separate $99 Core membership. The membership page also offers Peak at $199 per month. Longer medication terms change the displayed rates. Request the exact prepaid charge, visit fees and renewal schedule before comparing totals.
What it claims, and what it cites
The offered semaglutide and tirzepatide injections are compounded, rather than FDA-approved finished products. EverPrime says a licensed 503A pharmacy prepares them. Its contract names Rite-Away, Vios and TruMedsRx among pharmacy partners. Some directory labels and links conflict, so establish the actual dispenser on your prescription.
Where it holds up, and where it does not
- Strength: Clinical groups identified in the contract
- Strength: Treatment pages specify video visits and lab intervals
- Strength: A nonmember purchase route is available
- Limitation: The individual dispensing pharmacy needs confirmation
- Limitation: Medication and membership commitments can differ
- Limitation: State eligibility requires intake confirmation
What the evidence says about this kind of treatment
The assessment above is about EverPrime. These are about the drugs it sells, and they are traced to the primary literature.
- Right for
- Someone who values a published visit schedule and wants to compare continuing care with or without membership.
- Wrong for
- Someone expecting the lowest member medication figure to include every care and subscription charge.
The evidence behind what EverPrime prescribes
These studies examine the medicines, not this provider. Results with approved products do not establish the quality or effectiveness of a seller’s compounded formulation.
- Cochrane Review of Semaglutide for Obesity: 18 Trials Graded
A 2025 Cochrane review pooled eighteen randomized trials. The weight figure is high certainty and smaller than the marketing, and almost everything else is graded lower.
- Tirzepatide vs Semaglutide: Which Works Better for Weight Loss?
In a 72-week randomized trial at weight-management doses, weight fell 20.2 percent on tirzepatide and 13.7 percent on semaglutide. Routine-care studies found a smaller gap, three to four points.

- Is EverPrime connected with Enhance.MD?
- Yes. EverPrime’s own terms name Enhance.MD, LLC as the operator. Its service choices and prices should still be evaluated separately from an Enhance.MD offer.
- What happens if I need to stop?
- The shipping policy asks for notice at least 24 hours before the next billing date. An order cannot be canceled or refunded once pharmacy preparation begins. It promises a full refund if the provider finds treatment unsuitable. Membership payments have separate prepaid conditions; confirm both cancellation steps.
- Does two-day shipping mean treatment starts in two days?
- No. The delivery window starts after dispatch. Clinical review, any required consultation or labs, and pharmacy preparation happen first. Report an incorrect, damaged or incomplete delivery within 48 hours.
