Who writes the prescription, and what do they see?
The process has four steps. A patient completes an online intake first. A clinical consultation follows, which includes a review of diagnostic labs. The clinic then builds a plan and starts treatment in clinic or at home. No individual prescriber is named on either product page.
Treatment can be delivered in person or by telehealth. Home delivery is offered where eligible. The clinic states that it tracks progress and adjusts the plan. The first consultation is described as free.
What happens when the dose goes up?
The price does not change with the dose. Both product pages state this in the FAQ. The dosing schedule is twice a week, not once. The clinic says this keeps medication levels steadier. Dose adjustments are described as managed by its medical team.
What the price includes
Each Monthly card leads with a reduced first charge: $199 for semaglutide, $299 for tirzepatide. A footnote says the $100 reduction is used once. From the second cycle, the rates are $299 and $399. Prepaid packages run 12, 24 or 48 weeks and cost less per cycle. They are paid upfront and renew on their own. Semaglutide packages cut the rate by 10 to 20 percent. Tirzepatide packages cut it by 25 to 50 percent.
