Longer cycles bring the monthly number down, to $88 for semaglutide over twelve months, which is the figure each page title leads with rather than the rate most new patients will actually start on.

Who writes the prescription, and what do they see?
The product pages say a licensed US physician reviews the questionnaire and decides eligibility, and that the patient can then message that physician without limit through the online portal. No physician or medical group is named anywhere on the pages. In Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico and West Virginia a brief video or audio visit comes first, and everywhere else treatment can begin on the written intake alone.
After approval the first shipment is described as arriving within two to three business days, and refills ship every twenty-eight days after a short check-in, tracked through the same portal where a patient messages support and logs weight. Novi also offers what it calls a Progress Promise, a full refund for a patient who completes four months of treatment without meaningful progress, with the conditions held in the terms of service.
What happens when the dose goes up?
Both pages state the same price no matter the dose, so the climb through the first sixteen weeks does not change the charge on the card. The pages describe a step-by-step escalation meant to support tolerance, though no milligram schedule is printed, and the FAQ lets a patient already on a GLP-1 ask to continue at the current dose. The side-effect answer also tells the patient not to step up to a higher dose while nausea or other symptoms are still present, advice a buyer can act on in the second month.
What the price includes
The semaglutide table reads $149 for one month, then $130, $129 and $88 a month on the three-, six- and twelve-month cycles, and tirzepatide reads $179, $149, $133 and $129.
