PrideRx review

Three approved products routed through the manufacturers' own channels, each with a required monthly membership beside it.

The verdict

PrideRx routes FDA-approved products through LillyDirect and NovoCare, read August 2026, at $149 to $299 in medication, plus a required $99 monthly membership. The all-in figures are $248 for the orals and $398 for the Zepbound pen.

PrideRx arranges access to brand orforglipron, brand oral semaglutide and the brand tirzepatide pen, rather than dispensing compounded preparations of its own.

  1. Who writes the prescription, and what do they see?

The membership is what the clinical relationship costs here, and it is stated: $25 for a first month and $99 a month after. What it buys is not described in the same detail as what it costs.

This is a different business from most sellers a reader will meet. The medication comes from the manufacturer's channel at the manufacturer's price, and PrideRx charges for the access and the prescribing around it. That is a clearer separation than a bundled figure, and it means the two charges have to be added.

  2. What happens when the dose goes up?

All three lines are dose-tiered by the manufacturer and the pages say so. Foundayo runs from $149 at the starter dose to $299 at higher ones, and the Zepbound pen from $299 at 2.5 mg to $449 at 7.5 mg and above. A reader escalating pays the manufacturer's ladder plus the same membership throughout.

  3. What the price includes

At the entry doses the all-in figures are $248 a month for either oral and $398 for the Zepbound pen. At the top of the published ladders they become $398 and $548. Six months at the oral entry rate is $1,488 counting the $25 first month. Budgeting from the medication figure alone understates every one of these by $99 a month.

  4. What it claims, and what it cites

Foundayo, the Wegovy Pill and the Zepbound KwikPen are FDA-approved brand products dispensed through the manufacturers' own channels. Nothing here is compounded, so the caution about an unreviewed preparation does not apply.

Where it holds up, and where it does not

  • Strength: FDA-approved products throughout
  • Strength: Manufacturer channels named explicitly
  • Strength: Dose ladders published on all three lines
  • Strength: The membership is disclosed in writing
  • Limitation: A $99 monthly membership is required
  • Limitation: The medication figure excludes it
  • Limitation: Top doses reach $449 before membership
  • Limitation: No state coverage list is recorded

Frequently asked

What does a month really cost?
$248 for either oral at the entry dose and $398 for the Zepbound pen, because a $99 monthly membership sits on top of the medication figure.
Are these compounded?
No. Foundayo and Zepbound come through LillyDirect and the Wegovy Pill through NovoCare, all FDA-approved brand products.
What happens as my dose rises?
The manufacturer's ladder applies: Foundayo to $299 and the Zepbound pen to $449 at 7.5 mg and above, with the $99 membership unchanged throughout.
Is PrideRx expensive compared with other GLP-1 telehealth sellers?
PrideRx publishes a starting figure of $248/mo. Across the 149 GLP-1 telehealth sellers we review that publish a single monthly figure, those run $76 to $369 with a median of $179, which puts PrideRx above the median. The other 11 GLP-1 telehealth sellers we review quote only after an intake or price by dose, so they are not in that comparison. A starting figure is not a bill — labs, consultations and shipping are often charged separately, so confirm what your own quote includes.
