The verdict
TeleSlim Clinic sells access to board-certified obesity-medicine physicians for $99 a month, and the medication is a separate bill that its own FAQ puts anywhere from $10 to $900 a month. That makes it a doctor's subscription with a pharmacy receipt beside it, not a single GLP-1 price a reader can rank.

TeleSlim Clinic is a subscription-based, all-online weight-loss practice headquartered on North Michigan Avenue in Chicago, serving Illinois and offering telemedicine in Texas, Colorado, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Arizona. Its medication list runs from semaglutide and tirzepatide to the Wegovy pill, orforglipron, phentermine and metformin, which is a far wider shelf than a GLP-1 storefront carries.
Who writes the prescription, and what do they see?
Every visit, the site says, is with a board-certified obesity-medicine doctor, never a nurse or physician assistant, and three physicians are named with their boards. Dr. Jihad Kudsi, the founder, is a bariatric surgeon with dual certification in general surgery and obesity medicine, and Dr. Diala Alatassi and Dr. Katie E. Rosenfeld each hold two board certifications.
A patient starts with a 45-minute video consultation, reviews a treatment plan with the doctor, and then pays a monthly subscription that includes a follow-up with that doctor every month. Weekly sessions with a registered dietitian or an exercise specialist are sold separately, and the practice says plainly that anyone after a quick fix may be at the wrong clinic.
What happens when the dose goes up?
The subscription does not move as a dose rises, because it pays for the doctor rather than the drug. The medication is where the dose shows up, and its cost is set by whichever pharmacy fills it and by the patient's insurance. The monthly follow-up is where a step up is decided, so each change passes through a physician visit that the subscription already covers.

The doctor's subscription is $99 a month, with prepaid terms at $269 for three months, $499 for six and $899 for a year. The first consultation is its own charge, currently discounted for a limited time. Medication is extra, and the FAQ gives the range as $10 to $900 a month depending on the drug and on whether insurance pays for it.
