WeightCare is a telehealth program selling compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide by weekly injection. Microdose programs, B12, NAD+ and sermorelin sit on the same site. Each GLP-1 page prints four payment options, from month to month through twelve months.
Who writes the prescription, and what do they see?
Payment for the first month comes before the medical questionnaire. A board-certified physician then reviews the answers and connects through the telehealth platform. The site describes that visit as same-day. No prescriber is named on the product pages. A buyer judged not to be a candidate is refunded in full, by the FAQ's own terms.
Messaging with the physician is unlimited, and monthly check-ins are part of the program. Before each renewal the patient completes a refill questionnaire. That form is where a dose is held, lowered or raised. Anti-nausea medication is listed as provided where required. Cancellation is by email with CANCEL in the subject line.
What happens when the dose goes up?
The two molecules are covered differently. Semaglutide's comparison table marks all doses as included on every term. Tirzepatide's monthly plan also includes all doses. Its three-month starter titrates up from the lowest dose, and its six-month plan stops at 7.5 mg a week. Doses from 10 to 15 mg a week are sold as separate high-dose programs. A longer tirzepatide term fixes the rate, not the dose ceiling.
What the price includes
The no-commitment rates are $399 and $499, a $100 step between molecules. Six-month rates are $215 and $275, and twelve-month rates are $139 and $216. Held for a year, the twelve-month rates total $1,668 on semaglutide and $2,592 on tirzepatide. The three-month rung is stated as payable at the start. Whether the longer rungs bill monthly or upfront is not stated beside them.

Both products are compounded, and each product page states in capitals that neither is FDA-approved. The FDA does not evaluate compounded products for safety, effectiveness or quality. The dispensing pharmacy is described as accredited but is not named. The trial results for these molecules were measured on the approved products, not on these preparations.
